I have been in the Property business for 25 years and first opened Chelton Brown in 1990. The business has seen many changes since then. I first joined the NAEA in 1985 and after showing due diligence became a fellow in 1990. I have been in ARLA since 1995 and was one of the first people to pass (with Distinction) the ARLA 2000 exam that was brought out in the year 2000 to show a legal understanding of the lettings industry. I ensure that the business is run following all the principles of the ARLA (Association of Residential Letting Agents).

I started working at Chelton Brown in March 2009 as Renewals Administrator and was promoted to Supervisor in September 2009. I was promoted to Admin Manager in Dec 2009 and then accepted the role of PA to Sali and Gill in September 2010. I was previously in various admin roles in different divisions of Countrywide Estate Agents, namely PA to FSD, Customer Services for Mortgage Services and EA admin roles. I think I bring a wealth of experience to my role and I enjoy the challenges that arise.

Donna Copp - Property Manager (Department Manager)

I started working for Chelton Brown in October 2004 as an administrator in our Lettings Department.  Two years later I worked as a Property manager in Property Management where I managed a portfolio of properties, dealing with both the landlords and the tenants. I was promoted to Supervisor 18 months ago and have now been promoted to manager of the Property Management Team. I feel the job is very rewarding and enjoy working for such a professional company. I have passed my ARLA qualification exam and most recently the Technical Award in Residential Lettings and Property Management.

I started work in 1996 with Property Management Services and was part of the merger of PMS Chelton Brown who then became Chelton Brown. I have enjoyed trying numerous different tasks throughout the years and have now become a Property Manager, managing over 200 properties within the Chelton Brown portfolio, this is, at times challenging but rewarding. I made a return to Chelton Brown after a 5 year gap with great enthusiasm. I had previously worked in the admin department, and then progressed quickly onto becoming a negotiator, so my new role of Property Manager and the training within the department were welcomed. I started working at Chelton Brown at the beginning of 2007. I have always worked within an accounts department, since achieving a BA (Hons) Business Administration degree in 1998. Running a client accounts system is very different to the work I have done before, but my insistence on accuracy and attention to detail is an attribute essential for my role. I have worked for Chelton Brown since 2003. My job involves looking after the tenants once they have chosen a property, doing their references and making sure the property is ready for them. I had previously worked as a Legal Secretary for nine years within Matrimonial, Agricultural and Conveyance Law.
