Merry Christmas from the Daventry team
I'm writing to thank you for your custom throughout the year and to wish you a Merry Christmas and a prosperous New Year! 2011 seems to have gone by in a blink, aided I'm sure by the fact that we have again had a busy year here at Daventry. We have managed to exceed many of our previous years let targets whilst being challenged by the economy and unlike many businesses we have seen a growth of 15% on 2010 overall, which is fantastic.
We continue to offer excellent customer service which is often reinforced by the excellent feedback we receive from Landlords and tenants commending both individuals and the team as a whole, so let me introduce you to the them:
Nadine Lindsay, Property Manager

Nadine is the font of all knowledge with regards to properties, landlords and tenants in the office as she visits all our properties 4 times a year and gets to liaise with both tenants and landlords regularly. Nadine passed her industry recognised NFOPP Technical award training this year which has further consolidated her knowledge of the business. Nadine has received the most feedback this year and has been awarded employee of the year!
Kim Batchelor, Administrator and Negotiator

Kim is responsible for keeping all the paperwork in order. She carries out all the referencing and prepares all the tenancy agreements along with conducting viewings and negotiating lets. Kim also has a wealth of local knowledge of Daventry having grown up in the town.
We also have two Saturday girls, Hayley Davis and Nicole Ashenden. Both girls do a fantastic job of running the office from 9-4pm on Saturdays assisted by one of the full time members of staff.
We have also done a lot of work for Charity during 2011. There are many deserving charities but as cancer touches so many of our lives, we decided this year to support MacMillan. We have raised in excess of £2000 this year across the two offices. We sponsored 'The Walk in The Park' at Althorp and held numerous fund raising events at the office.
Giving back has become part of our culture, but we want to take this further in 2012 by trying to reduce our Carbon Footprint. We intend to send out as much correspondence as we can by email, this will save considerably on paper and postage, but will also improve our efficiency. We will of course be able to send out hard copies and will be happy to do so, if it is requested. So please make sure that we have an email address that you check regularly and remember, don't print anything you don't need to!
Thank you for your custom during 2011. We would all like to wish you a very Happy Christmas and we look forward to working with during 2012.
Best Wishes,
Sarah French, Daventry Branch Manager
