Rental Demand in Daventry

The rental market is as buoyant as ever as more people are having to go into rented accommodation due to not being able to get onto the housing ladder.

The effect of this has meant a shortage of rental properties on the market and no sooner a new property comes on does it get let. Currently we are finding two or three bedroom houses/apartments are the most sought after properties within Daventry and enquiries start to come through as soon as the property goes on the market.

As well as a good rental figure which can be achieved this also means that landlords are able to choose the best applicant for their property and decide who they proceed with. Additionally it reduces the period the property is vacant for due to tenants wanting to move in as soon as the property is available which benefits the landlord further especially whilst Council tax is still payable.

If you have a property that you are considering letting and would like a free, no obligation valuation to see what rental figure you could achieve please contact our dedicated lettings team on 01327 879431.
