• 1 Photo ID with current address
• 2 months of recent pay slips or balance sheet from your Accountant
• Proof you have the legal right to reside within the UK |

| 4. Tenancy Agreement Commitment |
In order for you to enjoy a hassle free tenancy once you have found your perfect property a qualified Property Manager will be assigned to you and they will meet you at the property on the day you move in.
