Landlords and Investors - if you are looking for a reliable letting agent in Northampton and Daventry, our aim is to protect and efficiently manage your property investment to ensure optimum return. We pride ourselves on our excellent customer service and the knowledge, professionalism and experience of our staff.

In addition to our good old-fashioned customer service values, we use radio advertising to reach a wider audience.  You may have heard our very own Sales Manager, Victoria Copp, on local Heart radio giving details of our fantastic special offers on fees for selling and letting.

We do lots of charity fund raising/sponsorship throughout the year for many good causes including sponsoring the medals at the annual Cycle 4 Cynthia event which is starting from Althorp House this year on Sunday 23 September. We also attend various Network meetings to keep in touch with all things local and national and we like to be actively involved with community matters.  The Northampton town centre is looking lovely at the moment with all the beautiful hanging baskets and tubs brimming over with colourful flowers set against a clear blue sky backdrop and with soaring early summer temperatures, the café culture is booming!

Chelton Brown are one of the main sponsors for Northampton in Bloom in 2018 and will be providing one of the awards - the competition is heating up for residents and businesses alike.  Last year Northampton was awarded a Gold Medal and the honour of Category Winner in the East Midlands in bloom competition.  This led to an invitation to enter Britain in Bloom in 2018. The town has also been entered into East Midlands in Bloom.   The theme on this important WW1 Centenary Year is Remembrance.

So, fingers crossed there could be another award for the town this year and with a number of high street shop closures being announced recently, we need some positive news to be coming our way to lift the spirits of Northamptonians!   Well I suppose if England do well in the World Cup that might help too!
