My journey at Chelton Brown began back in July 2019 when I started as PA to the Lettings Manager, after expanding my knowledge within the industry I quickly progressed to become the Lettings Office Manager and have recently taken on the role of gaining new business alongside my existing role.
I am an associate member of the Guild of Property Professionals and currently working towards my ARLA technical award qualification.
I enjoy working within the lettings team and rising to the daily challenges of working in a busy and fast paced environment and thrive on the challenges set.

I joined Chelton Brown in October 2018 as a viewings clerk. This was my first step into the letting industry. Previously I had worked for Travis Perkins and served in the Military. I was looking for a new challenge that I could be passionate about once again.
Within 6 months I was given the opportunity to become a Lettings Negotiator. I am studying for the Technical Award in Lettings and Property Management. I have also done inhouse training and undertaken a photography course, which has helped me take amazing property photos, which are really important especially on the internet and social media.
I love being part of a fantastic team and look forward to working and learning from the people around me so that I can continue to learn and progress at Chelton Brown.
I joined Chelton Brown in March 2018 in the Property Management Department, previously working for another local independent Estate Agency for a year and half as well as doing part-time work on the side on the weekends. The skills that I have gained from my previous employment has given me a good platform in which can help me pursue my career through Chelton Brown. Being focused and having a meticulous eye for detail ensures that all my tasks are carried out to the highest standard. I’m really looking forward at the new challenges and opportunities that can help me build not just my career, but myself as an individual. I have recently moved departments to the Lettings Team and enjoy learning a new aspect of the business.

I joined Chelton Brown in May 2020 after previously working as a Lettings Administrator in Rugby. I also have previous experience working as a Sales Negotiator at a Landlord Insurance company and spent a year in Performance Management.
I have learnt many new skills over the past few years and I look forward to expanding my skillset and taking on new challenges at Chelton Brown. I am currently studying towards a Technical Award in Residential Lettings and Property Management and I am very happy to be part of such a knowledgeable and supportive team.
I previously joined Chelton Brown in 2009 and worked for the company for 7 years, I then re-joined Chelton Brown in January 2018.
My current role is Lettings Co-ordinator at the Northampton Branch. I have had the privilege of working at both the Daventry and Northampton Office with amazing staff at both offices.
I have worked in different areas of the property industry for the last 25 years including Estate Agency, New Home Developers, Conveyancing and Lettings.
I have also obtained the qualification NFOPP Level 3 Award in Residential Letting and Property Management.

For over 30 years I have worked in administrative/PA roles within the Property and Leisure industries, working within Marketing, Sales, Logistics, Commercial and Customer Service. Most recently I studied and obtained my Prince 2 qualification in Project Management during this time I have obtained a vast knowledge of all aspects of administration.
