I originally joined the company In 2004 as a Lettings Administrator and quickly progressed to be a Lettings Negotiator. In 2008 I joined the Property Management team and received promotion to Property Management Department Manager in 2013.
In 2015 the company decided to offer Property Sales in addition to our well established Lettings business. I was asked to help create the Chelton Brown Sales venture. Within our first year we were ranked in the top 10, out of 180 Agents in Northampton for our offer to completion ratio, something I am extremely proud of.
I gained a further promotion in April 2016, to be the Sales Manager at Chelton Brown.
As Sales Manager, my role is to grow the business and ensure that Chelton Brown maintains its high standards of professionalism and customer service and to continue to match client expectations when buying, selling or letting their properties.

I have joined Chelton Brown as recently as July 2019 after applying for an account administrator role, after meeting with Sali I was offered the role of PA to Lettings & Sales Manager as it was felt that with my office management experience this would be a better role for me and a new & exciting challenge. It is my first step into this industry and I am now completing a rigorous induction training programme which is providing me with a great amount of knowledge and foresight which will enable me to progress within the business & industry.

I joined Chelton Brown in December 2013 as an apprentice, working in the Administration Department. I have now achieved a Level 2 NVQ in Business and Administration and have also passed my NFOPP Level 3 Technical Award in Residential Lettings and Property Management. I greatly enjoy working with an exceptional group of people and look forward to learning more about the business and the industry.

I joined Chelton Brown in October 2018 as a viewings clerk. This was my first step into the letting industry. Previously I had worked for Travis Perkins and served in the Military. I was looking for a new challenge that I could be passionate about once again.
Within 6 months I was given the opportunity to become a Lettings Negotiator. I am studying for the Technical Award in Lettings and Property Management. I have also done inhouse training and undertaken a photography course, which has helped me take amazing property photos, which are really important especially on the internet and social media.
I love being part of a fantastic team and look forward to working and learning from the people around me so that I can continue to learn and progress at Chelton Brown.
I joined Chelton Brown in April 2019 as a viewings clerk with an ambition to learn more about the property industry. I was previously an undergraduate at the University of Leicester studying Geography but property has always been a keen interest of mine.
I am currently training towards the Technical Award in Lettings and Property Management in addition to gaining plentiful experience working with clients.
With the help of the wonderful staff of Chelton Brown I hope to progress in this industry whilst enjoying each challenge that faces me.
I joined Chelton Brown in March 2018 in the Property Management Department, previously working for another local independent Estate Agency for a year and half as well as doing part-time work on the side on the weekends. The skills that I have gained from my previous employment has given me a good platform in which can help me pursue my career through Chelton Brown. Being focused and having a meticulous eye for detail ensures that all my tasks are carried out to the highest standard. I’m really looking forward at the new challenges and opportunities that can help me build not just my career, but myself as an individual. I have recently moved departments to the Lettings Team and enjoy learning a new aspect of the business.
