When the contracts have been formally exchanged, there is a legally binding contract between you and buyer for the sale and purchase of the property. One of the terms of the contract will be the completion date. This is the agreed date on which title to the property is transferred by the seller to the buyer and the buyer takes possession of the property and all legalities have been fulfilled.
We understand that in order to reach this goal, constant guidance and feedback is required between all parties during the sale. At Chelton Brown, we are extremely proud of our perseverance and attention to detail which is crucial at this stage.
Whether you are selling an investment or your family home, we will ensure that you reach completion as quickly and efficiently as possible.
