Come along to our next Information Evening on Monday 23rd August, 6PM onwards at Holiday Inn Northampton West to hear from the directors and meet the current sales partners.

We are looking for ambitious property professionals with an entrepreneurial flair to join our team as Property Sales Partners.

Over the past 2 years, at Chelton Brown we have recruited five highly successful Sales Partners in Northamptonshire and we are now looking for more Partners to join us and become part of our expanding business.

In a nutshell, as a Chelton Brown Partner…

This is the opportunity for you to set up and grow your own business, under our established and recognised brand, Chelton Brown - endorsed by our reputation and supported by our resources.

• No upfront cost, no running cost. Financial support available for the first 4 months
• We will provide you with comprehensive infrastructure, marketing and support
• You will have a dedicated postcode-defined territory, which you will build and grow
• You will work for yourself and run your own business - under our banner.
• Your primary focus will be listing and selling properties
• You will have uncapped earnings from multiple streams of revenue

The ideal candidates are likely to be:

• Property professionals looking to kickstart their career by setting up their own estate agency.
• Existing estate agency owners looking to transition to a more efficient and lower-risk business model.

What we need from you:

You need to be self-motivated and ambition with entrepreneurial traits. You will also need in depth experience of the property industry and fully understand the values and ethics of Chelton Brown.

Specifically, you must:

• Be aligned with the Chelton Brown values, ethics and code of conduct
• Have a strong estate agency experience
• Be Highly motivated and confident in sales
• Care for your customers and enjoy supporting them.
• Have a strong desire to be successful and grow your own business
• Have sound knowledge of the local property market
• Have great communication skills, both verbal and written

This is a full-time commitment and must be your primary occupation.

Financial Reward:

You will earn 50% of all fees that you generate including:

• Fees generated from sale of properties.
• Mortgage referral fees
• Conveyancing referral fees
• Revenue generated from sale of add-ons and other referral fees (including but not limited to premium marketing package add-on, removals, switching, insurance etc.)

Over the past 12 months our partners have repeatedly earned in excess of £10,000 per month.
